Display & POP on Plastic

This vacuum formed and selectively lit fridge door cover has been created by screen printing multiple layers of red, metallic silver and opaque black. It has subsequently been vacuum formed and fitted with clear laser cut raised LED backlit lettering. 

This exceptionally well executed project has used highly pigmented inks to ensure colour accuracy when illuminated. At a final size of 552 x 552 mm, this backlit promotional display has been printed using 55 lpi AM screening with conventional UV inks onto polypropylene. 

This three colour POS header board, with a finished size of 865 x 245, has been printed using conventional UV screen printing inks on an MHM carousel with inter colour UV drying. It features extremely smooth gradients and faultless half toning.
