Wrapping

This car wrap for the Streatgasm 2000 Rally, inspired by a rollercoaster at the Toverland themepark has been created with a 3D Pheonix head attached to the bonnet surrounded by a printed base wrap on 3M films including reflective grade and silver, printed using Roland wide format and CAD cut on Zund S3. The feathers were hand drawn, cut and applied to the bodywork individully to acheive the finished wrap.    

This large scale 10 x 15 metre façade wrap has been achieved using Hexis VCXR101 and PC30 matte lamination. The windows feature one way vision with Hexis Micro 2. All tiles were printed on Epson Eco Solvent printer and contour wrapped to the masonary by two fitters.

This car wrap has been achieved through layering Hexis vinyl and laminates, and has been printed using an Epson S80600 printer. The wheel arch colour splash features were printed on 3M vinyl and CAD cut on Summa plotter, before applying 3D doming using smart line resin deposition technique leading to three dimensional embossed effect.
